Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).  
When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day

  • Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.



  • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE or TIKI delivers to the address.
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE or TIKI can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE or TIKI shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) and TIKI customer service (021-500 125) to deal with the problem.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Simply contact our customer service and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days after purchase. Shipping is also free on the replacement item (limited to 1x exchange).
